Apply as an APP or Affiliate
APP & Affiliate Membership is open to allied healthcare professionals involved in neurosurgically related patient care, teaching, research, or administration.

To apply, submit a completed Affiliate membership application that includes your CV, the name of a current CNS member (Active/International member only) to serve as a reference, and payment of the required $25 application fee and dues fee.
Please note that dues and application fees are non-refundable.
