To apply, submit a complete and signed Medical Student Membership application along with a signed letter from a verifiable source, such as an Enrollment Official or Registrar, confirming your enrollment and expected graduation date. Upon approval by the CNS Membership Committee, your membership is activated and confirmed in a welcome letter. Membership renews automatically each year and terminates upon graduation.
